This is our latest kit to DIY a control system for powder coating oven (approx. 4’x4’x6′ size). The circuit is designed for a 240 V oven with up to 12,000 watt heater load (for example, 4 x 3000 Watt heating elements) and 120V Fan/Light. This is a 30A control panel for powder coating oven. The PID controller has built-in timer function, one can use it to hold oven temperature at a certain amount of time and then shut off element power; press the blue push buttom momentarily, it will reset the timer and start another curing batch. During the heating process , one can use a manual switch to turn ON or OFF the element power if needed. The alarm buzzer can be used as either temp alarm or finishing alarm; when it goes off, it can also be muted.
