This motor comes complete as all you have to do is unplug the refrigerator. Unscrew all screws on the back bottom plate. Then you just unplug the fan motor and slide the housing out towards you. From there you will need a Philips screwdriver and you can unscrew the motor housing to access the motor. Remove the fan blade carefully and the motor (be careful as it can be hot to touch) and then install the new motor and old blade back the same way.
